With over 15 years of experience across learning, capability and business operations, including a decade working within the automotive sector, Kayleigh has built a career focused on improving how organisations perform through their people, systems and ways of working.
During her six years at Bentley Motors, Kayleigh led global learning within the retailer academy, working across complex international networks and collaborating with wider Volkswagen Group brands including Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen. Her role focused on building scalable capability, driving consistency and improving performance across diverse markets and stakeholders.
The Evolved Group was born from a clear ambition to build the kind of partner Kayleigh had always needed in senior in house roles. One that understands the realities of growth, complexity and change, and can support organisations holistically across learning, operations and delivery, not just in theory, but in practice.

With a background in digital agencies, Chris has worked closely with businesses to shape go-to-market strategies, strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable growth. His experience spans working with leadership teams to connect commercial objectives with delivery capability, ensuring services are positioned clearly and delivered effectively.
At the Evolved Group, Chris leads business development across the portfolio, supporting clients as they navigate growth, change and increasing complexity. He works across consultancy, managed services and learning, helping organisations identify where investment in people, capability and operations will deliver the greatest impact.
Drawing on his digital expertise, Chris brings a pragmatic, audience-led approach to how services are designed, positioned and communicated. Nick Locke
With nearly 25 years of experience in Learning and Development, Nick brings a unique blend of technical digital learning expertise and commercial skills training.
His deep-rooted understanding of the automotive industry stems from a decade at British Car Auctions (BCA) UK, where he played a pivotal role in developing training solutions within the wholesale and remarketing sector. Before that, Nick worked with the Marshall Motor Group, gaining hands-on experience in the dealer network. Earlier in his career, he was on the frontline as a sales executive in automotive retail. This breadth of experience gives Nick an exceptional perspective on the entire automotive ecosystem, from dealership operations to the broader market dynamics.
Nick’s passion for learning is truly contagious. His people-centred approach shines through in the strong partnerships he builds with clients, ensuring that learning solutions are engaging and drive real business impact. A firm believer in the power of technology to enhance learning,

With a background spanning digital design, brand development and content creation, Abbie works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure creative outputs are not only visually compelling, but purposeful, accessible and aligned to real business objectives. Her work supports everything from learning experiences and digital products to marketing assets, interactive brochures and large scale programmes.
At Evolved, Abbie plays a central role in shaping how the group’s work looks, feels and functions across its specialist brands. She ensures consistency of quality and design standards while adapting creatively to different audiences, sectors and delivery models.
Abbie is particularly skilled at bridging the gap between strategy and execution, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging and usable outputs. Her approach balances creativity with practicality, ensuring design enhances understanding, engagement and impact, rather than simply aesthetics.

With a background spanning executive leadership, strategic advisory and non executive roles in automotive, Steve has supported organisations navigating large-scale transformation, network complexity and evolving market demands. His experience provides deep insight into the operational, commercial and cultural realities of the industry.
At the Evolved Group, Steve provides independent oversight and strategic challenge, supporting the leadership team as the business scales across automotive and beyond. He brings a strong understanding of governance, risk and performance, helping to ensure growth is well structured, commercially sound and aligned to long-term value creation.
Steve is valued for his pragmatic, industry-informed perspective and his ability to balance ambition with operational realism, supporting clear decision making at board level and helping the business remain resilient as it grows.
